Transition into Motherhood with Confidence
Join Our 2024 Workshop
on November 30th
Too often, we hear from women who felt unprepared - mentally, emotionally, and physically - for their first pregnancy and childbirth experience. Many women are unaware of their autonomy as patients, leaving expectant mothers feeling disempowered in a sacred journey that should truly honor them at its center.
We’re offering education & a truly embodied experience to address:
-
what to expect when you go into labor
-
your autonomy & using your voice to speak up for yourself at every point along the way
-
how to physically prepare your body for what’s to come
-
how to emotionally and spiritually prepare yourself for this drastic change you’re undergoing
-
how to empower yourself with confidence instead of being scared of the process
